Cup Cakes

Cup cakes anyone ?? I made these little cupcakes out of fabric , painted , stained , and dusted them with german glass glitter and topped with a pearl. I will be adding these to my Etsy site soon. They would be cute on a table setting with your china treasures or grouped together with other little ornaments.

Hearts Valentines Love !!!

Hearts , valentines and love have been on my mind ... have been creating several types of hearts.Some primitive looking , some just cute !

Wool heart is vintage cream wool , covered in vintage white and cream buttons.
Vintage cabinet card , altered with vintage typewriter keys , brass bird , german glass glitter. Frosted cookies are muslin hearts , stained and painted and "iced ".

I checked out some Thrift stores and found several treasures I have already transformed ! Two little wooden shoes , Snips & Snails and Sugar & Spice ! Vintage photos of a little girl and boy in the inside of shoe, covered with diamond glaze , embelished and hangs from a french wired ribbon. The other treasure is an old wood pear , for The Perfect Pair !!! Vintage wedding photo and other embelishments. Iam working on more things !

Altered Art Jewelry

I spent the weekend working on different jewelry pieces to list on Etsy. I get lost in my work room when I do this ! A great way to forget lifes cares. My work room looks like a tornado swept through ! Will take some time to regroup !! Pictures of latest items. I cannot understand why my latest posts dont show up , the photos do but that is all , so I hope it gets fixed !

Just had to post a picture of this gift a friend gave to me! The tea is packaged so sweet ! The little leaf is tiny but the right touch !!

The pink dish in the background was also a gift.. my favorite color ..PINK !!
