Vintage Tea Cup Swap

I participated in a Vintage Tea Cup Swap on the Vintage Indie site http://vintageindie.typepad.com/vintage_indie/ . My partner was Mary , this is her blog http://www.catmccall.blogspot.com/ . She is a fabulous knitter, her shop on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=22700 has beautiful yarn that she actually spins , how wonderful is that !! Makes me want to get back into knitting and crochet again looking at beautiful yarn. My mother taught me how to knit when I was young and I later took up crochet , but put it aside to do other crafts !My package had the most beautiful soft pastel tea cup & saucer , along with a dainty all white embroidered handkerchief ( gotta wipe the drips!) and a some darjeeling & Marionberry tea along with a box of chocolate covered Hazelnuts ..Mmmmm !! Was my first swap that I have ever done and was a lot of fun !! It is fun to get a surprise package full of wonderful things and was a lot of fun gathering up all the goodies to mail ! Thank you so much Mary !!

I did my first swap too. I was unsure how "far out" I was expected to go, you know? People post pictures of their swap packages and I'm always like, "didn't it just say 1 ornament?"
*laughing*
I think they so fun--I just hope I'm doing things right.
