My usual lunch on most days ! Sort of a lazy lunch , but I love it ! I start with some organic greens , pile on a plate then I add whatever I have on hand , which usually is some organic chicken breast , some oranges , an avocado sliced , Parmesan cheese , sunflower seeds, some times some croutons , and some days if I have strawberries on hand I toss them in ! Top with my favorite dressing Briannas Poppy Seed dressing ! Okay I am sure this is not in the low calorie range , but it does taste good !
