Vintage Papers

My friend made a fabulous haul the other day , scoring a lot of various vintage papers ! And as always she was soooo very generous and shared some with me ! Heaven ....so I hurried home & created a few things !! Melissa has a shop on Etsy where she sells many of her fabulous finds , you can click here to go to it ! Found On The Prairie is her shop , I love all of the Letterpress goodies that she has !!

Some of the paper goodies I got ....even included a pack of Student Pass ,how crazy is that ! Ledger papers of all kinds , and some wonderful long envelope's of some kind ( not sure what they were used for )  ! A box of the sweetest little files also , so I made an altered book using the files , fun , fun !!

The long envelope things , which really are not an envelope were also fun ( I know ... I don't make any sense ) ! One side in a pink and the other in a green !!I made a large tag out of chip board , and covered it with various papers so you could write sweet notes on either side !!

My little Altered book has the files with added other pages such as old postcards, and other interesting papers, that I inked, stamped , some I gave texture to with folders that I ran through the cuttlebug !

And tape... love tape ! Would it be considered an ok obsession  "paper" !!

Well ok or not , I got it !! Old paper , new paper , love it all !!

I have been under the weather for almost a week now .... bad cold and flu bug ! But today I feel much better and hope to get back to my list of to do's !!!

Yard Sale Finds

Over the weekend a friend & I went to some yard sales . Found this cup with roses on it , love the roses !! And also a little sugar bowl ( I think that is what it is ) also has sweet roses on it !! I also found this adorable girl under glass , I would love to know more about it . Has vintage florals in among her.. Has such a unique look !! So if you know anything leave me a comment !!!
