Garden Goodness !!

Days go by so fast , or is it me ? Trying to accomplish way too many things !! My youngest daughter & I made some salsa .... we may have to make more , it is just toooo good ! I am sad that we did get a frost a few days ago , and most of my garden froze , yes I live way up north , and I was hoping my buttercup squash would have a chance to grow, guess not ! I covered everything with sheets , but to no avail it all got bit ! It got down to 23 degrees ! So we are going to make chow chow with the green tomatoes ( you add to pinto beans , very yummy ) !!

Have been also trying to get things listed on Lollishops and Etsy ! Listed one of my altered wire dress forms , the one that was in SomersetHome .

Trying to finish up a dresser that I have had stored in my garage for awhile !! So I better get back to projects...... have a wonderful weekend !

I have a LOT of vintage and repurposed treasures that I have listed on my SecondTreasures shop on Etsy ! This adorable vintage runner with an embroidered bird on a branch design is just one of the things I just listed !! How adorable is that ?

Here is a very shabby chic metal shelf also in my shop ! Love it , I was going to paint it , but I like it the way it is , more character !

Featured Seller

I was doing my daily check on all the sites I have an interest in , and was surprised to see that I was the featured seller on Lollishops today ! How fun & thanks to Sadie !!! I have been listing some new things in my shops , now that I am done with my craft sale !! I feel like I have been burning the candle at both ends ! I also am listing this adorable little bird plate , that's what I call it , but it is just too sweet ! The colors on it are just perfect for any shabby or cottage style decor ! Etsy and Lollishops

I have to admit it .... Iam a magazine-aholic ! I was at the store the other day & picked up this Better Homes and Garden issue on 100 Decorating Ideas under $100 ! While paging through this issue I thought it was so great that Etsy was also mentioned in several articles as to where to purchase some of the treasures they were featuring !Some wonderful vintage letterpress letters !

and one Etsy shop where you can purchase them ! So great to see Etsy's name getting out there more and more in major publications!

This past week my paperclay bunny I have in my Lollishops shop was on the front page of Lollishops...my little bunny was so happy !!
She is in the bottom row , second in from the right. And I also made a collage of some of my creations that are available in my Lollishop store !Hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend!

Well ..... I finally got my lollishops store up ! I only have two things listed so far ( hey , I've been busy trying to get things created ) !

I had Vanessa from BearsBanners ( click on her shop name) create my banner! Same banner at the top of my blog !! She is so much fun to work with , so if you need any graphics or a banner made consider her shop!!

The Buton Jar !

I have been busy creating ! I created a primitive wool heart that I covered in all white and creamy tone buttons , my favorite colors ! Finishing things to put on Etsy and also getting a number of things ready to list on lollishops ! When I am ready to open I will post and share some of those creations !I have not opened my store there yet , waiting on Vanessa ( Bears Banners and Graphics ) to make a banner for me ! So excited to see what she comes up with ! As you can tell , everything is in creamy whites... guess I am just drawn to those colors !!! So I leave you with a few photos of some of the projects !! Below is a wristlette made using vintage lace , buttons and felted wool, check out the ever so teeny little buttons that were already on this piece of vintage lace to begin with , I just love them ! They are little silk covered treasures !
